How to make Mee Bandung Muar ?



Mee Bandung Muar is  a dish originated from Johor, specifically from Muar. Since I came from Muar, Johor. My favourite food is Mee Bandung because most of people in Muar, their favourite food is mee bandung. That's why mee bandung came from Muar. Now, I would like to tell you how to make mee bandung Muar. One of the most important ingredient is dried shrimp. Other ingredient is yellow noodles, chicken, cooked, shredded, prawns, cooked and peeled, Sunny Side-up eggs and beansprouts and blanched.

Method's :
  1. Heat the water in frying pan.
  2. Sautee all the blended ingredients.
  3. Then, put spices mee bandung Muar.
  4. Next, stir until fragrant spices.
  5. Pour in salt and sugar.
  6. As soon as the spices boils, put in the fresh tomatoes and fresh prawns.
  7. Reduce the flame and drop one egg at a time into the boiling liquid.
  8. Put in the sawi.
  9. Blanch yellow noodles in a pot of boiling water for a few seconds.
  10. Remove, strain and place it into serving bowls.
  11. Add in sliced fish cake and blanched beansprouts.
  12. Pour in hot Bandung gravy and garnish with shredded chicken, sliced spring onions, local celery, chillies, fried shallots and calamansi.
  13. Serve hot. 

So, this is mee bandung recipe my invention, certainly tempting your taste buds. So do not read for my recipe. Try it, you definitely will not regret it. If you not try it, you will lose it. Hahaha.
